After completing a Business Development and Marketing Apprenticeship and establishing a management agency within the music industry, Jamie's recruitment career began at the age of 22. He started in the Industrial, Engineering, and Commercial sectors in the UK, gradually advancing from a trainee consultant to branch manager over the course of a few years. He has now transitioned to the US Renewables market.

Having traveled extensively throughout the USA, visiting a total of 38 states, Jamie felt it was time to pursue his passions and enter the US markets. He chose to work in a niche market that not only interests him but also has the potential to impact the world and future generations.

Born in London but raised in Coventry, Jamie's passion outside of work has always been playing drums in bands, listening to music, and traveling. Now residing in Redditch, he spends most of his spare time with his young family, walking his dog, and working out in the gym.
