He spent several years recruiting engineers into the US utility sector, and previously recruited into the UK power engineering sector from Birmingham England. Prior to recruitment, Lucas was a competing member of the Great Britain judo squad, competing in international tournaments across the globe up to World Championship level.

His market specialization lies within the US utility sector, supplying power delivery engineers to the most reputable high-performance consulting firms within the country. His extensive candidate & clientele network has ensured the timely delivery of elite talent into several essential utility infrastructure projects nationwide.
