b19 are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electric Utility Distribution Line Design Project Manager to lead a team of designers and engineers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the design, planning, and construction of distribution lines for electric utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of distribution line design projects, including project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Lead a team of designers and engineers to ensure that all designs meet safety and regulatory requirements and are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other team members to understand project requirements and ensure that designs meet all project objectives.
- Stay up to date with industry standards, trends, and regulations to ensure that designs meet current best practices.
- Provide technical support during construction and commissioning of distribution lines.
- Track project progress, identify and resolve any issues that arise, and report to senior management on project status and progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in electric utility distribution line design and project management
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices
- Proficient in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, PLS-CADD, and GIS
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
